Each person signs in with their own email and gets one of two roles. Staff handle orders, products, collections, inventory, customers and reviews. They don't see sales totals, refunds, exports, settings, design, marketing or billing. Admins run everything except the plan and billing, the card and PayPal accounts you've connected, and closing the store. Staff can use Genie's paid tools only if you turn that on.
